At Ellum Biavl, we want to preserve all the beneficial properties of honey.

• Our honey is Danish and comes from our own bees.
• We treat the honey as gently as possible in the process from the bees to the product in the jar.
• We want to avoid heating during the process and long storage in the warehouse.
• Our products are always from the most recent summer season.
• The honey is free from additives and feed residues.
• We comply with current Danish legislation on honey processing, documentation and food control.
